Thank you for shopping at Luxora Collective (luxoracollective.in). We are dedicated to delivering your non-branded timepieces safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Processing times may take slightly longer during high-volume periods or holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier delays, customs clearance, or severe weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your watch has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.

4. International Shipping (Optional - Remove if Domestic Only)

We offer international shipping to select countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luxora Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Missing Packages

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Luxora Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our support team.
